Picking Up An Item At IT Aberdeen?

If you are picking up an item at IT you will notice something new. Each new item set out for pickup will now have a ticket attached, not a sticky note. These tickets will tell you who each item is for and any info you might need to know.

If no one is in IT when you pick it up please fill out the box marked Picked Up By and box right under it marked Date. Then tear off that smaller section of the ticket and leave it on the pickup desk.
If some one is in the IT office please fill out those two boxes, tear off the smaller section of the ticket, and hand it to them.

This way we will know when something is picked up and who picked it up.

Please keep the other, larger, part of the ticket attached to the item so when it gets to it's destination it will get to the right person.
